After getting an astronomical estimate from my Chevy dealer, I took my car to Bill's for a second opinion. Manny confirmed my suspicions that the dealership was being seriously over-aggressive and was able to get the car running smoothly again for about one-third the dealership price. Service was prompt and communication was good. I'll definitely be returning for any and all service and maintenance needed in the future.
Initially reached out to Manny because of a fellow diesel Jeep owner highly recommended the shop. Not many techs are as familiar or competent with the Ecodiesel engine on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee but Manny and the team did great work replacing the oil cooler and the notoriously laborious coolant line “in the valley” of the motor which requires extensive disassembly. Not only were they able to take care of this but they also caught some other coolant hoses that had wear and replaced them as well. Thanks for giving me peace of mind on my 100k mile plus diesel Jeep!
